I believe that these phrases are related to bbs, although I could be wrong. Just speculating here. If anyone would like to add on, that'll be great.
Bugging the hell outta people (note: bug and hell are in the same sentence)

Well, these could apply to many bugs. I used to think to think earwigs were the evilest creatures ever. I mean, their WWE costumes are clearly more awesome. That's the mind-boggling thing about these bedbugs. They are the CIA dream force because they wear you down and destroy you with mundane tactics - you can't sleep right, you can't afford treatment, you don't have the time, energy or physical strength to prepare for treatment and keep up with protocols. Individually, they're not superbad, but they overwhelm you with numbers. Forget nerve gas and the neutron bomb, these beastly specs are the most insidious WMDs ever.
