BB Bite?

   Can someone tell me if this is a bite from a bed bug? It's two little dots. They itched when I woke up this morning, but haven't ever since. They kind of look like sweat pimples to me, but just curious. Here are two pictures. The second pictures is just a close up of the first. They are almost on the inside of my arm/elbow. Thanks!

   Experts advise that it's hard to tell conclusively if a "bite" is from a bed bug.
