I recently had bed bugs, but have since switched apartments. I moved in yesterday and late at night (before everything was even unpacked) I noticed a critter crawling around the bathroom sink.

It was thin, but more tannish/very light brown than "transluscent" as they say baby BB are. Had antennas, but I noticed cockroaches do as well.

Lastly - I never had the infestations in my bathroom, which is why I am leaning to cockroach here.

    Any thoughts?

In the early life stages, on a quick glance on the run it takes an experience eye.

You have to capture stuff and examine it. BB antennas consist of 4 segments where roaches are many more. You aren't gonna spot that level of detail on a fleeing insect.

Keep clear tape handy to capture suspects.
