    Hi,

I'm looking for bed bug spray with IGR ingredients, so it can prevent the bed bug to molt and laying eggs.

Is this spray can be used?

Both spray are [total release foggers] containing Nylar as the IGR, and pyrethrin and permethrin as the insecticide.

    I'm living in Singapore.

    Dear Nan,

There is not a lot of good supportive data on the use of IGRs against bed bugs. However, nylar (pireproxyphen) is one of the most efficacious igrs available against other pests.

Hope this helps ! pal b.

What Paul said. Also, experts consistently warn against using total release foggers against bed bugs, as they may not penetrate into the places where bed bugs may hide and may cause them to scatter.

A lot of folks don't know this but, if you are queit and listen very closely, you can hear the bed bugs laughing when you activate the total release foggers. It's a high pitched sound that few can actually detect but sounds amazingly similar to flushing your hard earned cash down the toilet. Amazingly, most expereienced professionals are deaf to this sound and audiologists largely attribute this to the fact that professionals don't use that crap.

Hope this wasn't too sublte a warning regarding the use of foggers. : )

    Have a nice day ! paul b.
