My roommate and I just discovered that we have bedbugs. We had bites but didn't actually see one until hours before our first treatment which gave us hope that we didn't have a big infestation (the inspector didnt find any signs of bugs).
Last night after treatment I saw one walking across my encasement in broad daylight! Then today we found roaches and a pillbug in our apartment. I know that we should expect to see some bedbugs after treatment because it takes a while for them to die but should we be seeing all of these other bugs? Shouldn't they be dying instantly since there is all of this poison around our apartment? Has this happened to anyone else? I have not had problems with these until now!

Yes, I found all sorts of strange bugs after treatment, including a centipede crawling on me in bed (!) and I live in a very small apartment and had never seen a single bug before this. It seems like it could be a combination of being hyper-vigilant so noticing bugs that might have been there before, and also maybe other bugs being driven out of the walls after the PCO treated. It would have been more reassuring if I was finding them dead, though...

I too have seen dead bugs other than BB...so now Im wondering why Im seeing other dead bugs and not dead BBs! is it bad not to see any dead BBs after treatment..cause I havent seen one dead one and I have had 4 treatments! During my 3rd and 4th treatment I have seen live ones on encasement too...one was @6:50 a.m. and the other@9:30 am, and the pco said that they looked healthy and not sick...bad sign
