I'm probably moving to the Hudson Valley area and, if what I have are indeed bedbugs (can't afford the cost of confirmation), the Vikane fumigation in a moving truck seems ideal.

But I also have to pay packers, cleaners, and movers, AND lease or buy a car, so I really can't afford the cost(s) I've seen posted for the fumigation, unless someone would share with me (but remember, I'm going to be moving with that truck), or a good PCO could offer me an affordable rate on the fumigation.

    Many thanks for any suggestions.

Bed Bugs and Beyond will come to Southern CT as far as I know. If you are getting a truck, they can help set up truck rental, and the treatment will be in NY - truck will have to be driven there.

Thank you, BugNut. I didn't know you replied. Why didn't I get an email notice of your reply?

I see - there's a little menu option above where it says "subscribe/don't subscribe.

This is a wonderful resource, but forgive me saying that the forum is counter-intuitive. It's hard to find one topic after you've strayed to several others. I have to keep using the back button on my browser, because I'm still trying to figure out how to use the forum.

Anyway, I'm definitely doomed, and just call me "Bedbug Mary" because I'll never get rid of these. Maybe they'll start quarantining people like me.
