Any experience with A&E (ACE) in NY?

Has anyone used A&E located in East Meadow on Long Island in NY? They also come up as ACE on some searches. They do Thermal Remediation and they have a bb dog that has been featured on TV news. I would like some feedback about anyone's experience with them before we hire them.

I believe the company you are referring to is A&C. As far as I've heard they are a professional company which has put effort and money into bed bug control options.
