So, today I saw the guy from Apartment 11 when I was leaving the house. For those of you who don't live in my apartment, my floor is in the shape of a bracket, with the elevator, stairs, and window in the middle
    X 11
    X X
    6 window/hall X

I noticed the other day that 11's mailbox had a label with a name written on it in marker. All the apartments with longer-term residents have typed labels. I seem to recall that he was moving in at, guess what, about the time that the bugs appeared.

I had chatted with him about the bugs, but he'd said he hadn't seen anything. Today, he offered me some fumagants if I wanted them. I declined, but asked him what they were for. He said, "Oh, my fiancee had bedbugs and they're leftover from that."

    ...

Yep, I think that's a potential source. Plus, I can dispute my LL's claim that no one else has them: I found a drier that had 93 minutes left on it. It had been about 40 minutes since I had gone downstairs. Someone else is drying their laundry for 120 minutes.
