Alcohol...Can I use it in cracks and cervices in my wood floor??!!!

Alcohol...Can I use it in cracks and cervices in my wood floor??!!! I have the PCO treating the apartment every two weeks...but in the meantime can I pour alcohol in there too to kils any harboring bbs. I did it last night, is that good? Was that bad? Let me know..

The alcohol will kill bed bugs that make direct contact with it.... Alcohol is flammable & dries up quickly.... I don't know if it will damage the floor finish
Some people swear by Murphy's Oil Soap as a home remedy for bed bugs harboring under a wood floor. It makes the wood shine too
