Is any standard metal bed frame ok to use with an Aerobed, assuming it's the right size; or does it have to be a certain kind to support the Aerobed? Also, any suggestions on where to get one (locally rather than online)?

I have not used an aerobed with a frame, but some other people have suggested this (and so it worked its way into the FAQs). I assume they'd used a normal metal frame, and perhaps duct taped around the sharp corners/edges, but I cannot confirm this.

Note: you can get an aerobed that has a base which makes it as tall as a normal bed. You can't isolate it, but it may work without a frame.

I have seen Queen Aerobeds in Costco. You could try Target but perhaps others have bought one and can make definite suggestions.

Thanks Nobugs. I found an Aerobed at Target and found there's a "Sleepy's" close by where I can get a frame.
