after 2 months a new bite
(3 posts)-
I thought i was done with the bb. The bb were brought into my home in July. Realized we had them in September and began treatment. 2 bites in November and a few days later blood on the sheets (enough blood to easily be a squashed bug or more). Then had a fourth treatment 1st week of December. No activity until yesterday. A blood smear on the pillow case and a bite on the cheek.
Here is what changed... Last week i took the bug catchers, crawl ups (the white disks) out from under the bed legs.
The bedroom that the bugs are in has been emptied, nothing in the drawers, absolutely no clutter, only a bed on a metal frame in the middle of the room, an empty desk and an empty dresser. No one goes in the room except someone sleeps in the room every night.
Now what??? I am having another dog come, (this will be the 3rd dog visit) and the PCO says they will treat the room again. I don't know what is being missed. The room has a plush rug in it, could that be the problem?
The 1st 3 treatments OnSlaught and Bedlam were used and the 4th was Suspend. Is there a better product that I should suggest to the PCO? -
Was only one room treated? They could have been somewhere is in the home. Do you have attached neighbors?

I have a single family home. Other rooms were treated, but their have been no bites or evidence of bb in any other parts of the house. The boy who brought the bugs to use stayed in this room.
