   Do contact killers (Alcohol, Steri-Fab, Kleen Green) kill eggs on contact? What about more harsh chemicals like bleach or ammonia?

   Heat, fumigation, (done properly) and physical force will kill eggs 100%. Nothing else is reliable.

   If you can see them, get some tweezers and crush 'em as you pull them off.
