I see that one member has used them for thermal remediation. Has anyone else used them or heard if they are a reputable company? I am getting bitten, but have seen no visible bed bug signs. I had an exterminator here twice, who found no signs either, but I know that doesn't mean I don't have bed bugs, especially since I do have bites. I would like to bring in another exterminator, someone with a lot of bed bug experience and someone who is not going to use scare tactics as I did speak with someone on the phone who told me that I definitely had bed bugs and that he should treat it immediately before it gets out of control!! Hard to believe that someone would take advantage of another who is already suffering such anxiety over all of this!
