Is this a flea? It was totally still, and I've found many of them. It dos not jump however, I've seen zero movement. Just itchy red bumps on my skin.

Not an expert! Just one really easily anxious and extremely paranoid person. I try to help, mainly focusing on the psychological side of bb's. Haven't had an infestation myself. I have experience of carpet beetles though. Many years actually, I lived in a house full of them.

No, and too much glare. You need to get closer to it to take a good picture.

I threw it away already, but it was soft in the surface and, as you can maybe see, brown. I only saw two leg-like things, and in the middle of the body was something red. Maybe it was just dried blood etc, I've had quite a lot of dry blood in my bed recently. Don't know where that comes from either .. They however are always on my pillow or near it, or under it .. So I guess it is somehow related to my nosebleeds (roaccutan, but I had these things before this med also) and maybe zits that have scarred.

This doesn't look like an insect at all.

Yeah, I probably overthink and it could be just dried blook etc. Every white/skin color thing is a nymph or a cast skin, every brown thing a bug, every black thing a feacal .. I think I'm going nuts already

This could be dried up nasal stuff mixed with blood. Would fit to the blood on pillow and your condition. Nothing to worry in regards to bb.
