Last year we had Bedbugs..It was a very stressful time in our lives and our home
But by the Grace of God we got through it! We have been bed bug free for just over 1 year. However, today I got a call from my Aunt..She suspected that she has BB..so I told her I would come over and look but that I wouldn't sit on her furniture nor wear my shoes in..I would just come in and look. I went in and sure enough the bug she caught last night was a BB..I also pulled back the plastic part on her box spring and found a live bug just hanging out there...We went in the living room and she asked if we could tip her couch to look..so we did and I didn't see anything. Then she asked if I could check the arm of her couch because that is where she thought she kept getting bit...So I checked and there they were...a TON of them. My infestation was no where near this bad...I started to get hot and dizzy and itchy and I left to come home to give her the number to my exterminator. I PRAY PRAY that I did not bring anything home with me. I brushed up against the back of the couch but that isn't where we found them all..I came home and immediately put my clothes in a HOT washer and then showered while my husband spayed some BB spray from the back door to the washer and then went out and steamed the driver side in my van to make sure to kill anything that could have hitched a ride. I broke out in hives and was itchy all over..I am assuming anxiety I told her I would help as much as I could because I remember going through this and her husband is being no help to her all..but after coming home and breaking out I told my husband I just can't do it. I can't. I hate BB....
