Hi,
Although they are unpleasant to deal with a lot of people find humour even black humour a help in times of difficulty.
I know I certainly work better with clients who can keep on the positive side and have a laugh with us, the actually seem to clear faster and take on board the changes they need to make to avoid them again in the future.
I for one certainly hope that the forum does not become humour free.
