90 Days, No 100% signs...If any survived, I would have more signs by now, right?

Long story short - I moved into an apartment with bed bugs, and over the course of the next month, it was treated several times. I took many precautions mentioned on this site (Thanks!!!), washed/dried and bagged my clothes, encased by mattress/boxspring, vaccumed edges (once, as I don't have carpets or a vaccum), dusted with DE.

I don't believe I showed any signs of bites, but regularly found live bugs, husks, occasional blood stains, etc.

I last saw a live bug on Aug 25th and have not had any 100% signs that I have a current infestation since then (Just passed 90 days!). I am still paranoid, as recently some small red marks have been appearing on non-hair covered portions of my arms, legs and torso, many in the typical bed bug patterns (line, triangles). I would normally consider these to be random pigmentation, but many of the marks are in fact two small red dots nearly touching each other, and I have read that bed bug bites are actually two "incisions," one injecting their "anesthesia" and one sucking the blood.

    Two questions:
    1. Am I freaking out too much about the red marks? Has anyone else ever noticed these double-dot marks in conjunction with bed bug bites?

    2. If any bugs lived and started a re-population, I should have seen some concrete signs (live bugs, husks, blood/fecal stains) these past 90 days, right?

    Thanks for the (hopeful) reassurance!
