thanks, just read all the different threads on this.

the odd thing is, usually, when i get bitten by fleas (from walking the hound in the park daily), the bites would flare up. lately, been bitten 3 times by the fleas and the bites remained small and less annoying. maybe dealing with the bbs makes the flea bites feel like a lark!

the last time i was bitten by fleas was yesterday. i was on the way to the park with the dog and i basically freaked out when i thought it could be new bb bites. ended up rushing the poor hound into doing his stuff and coming home straight, put everything i was wearing in a ziploc bag, waited to see if the bites would blow up to pancake size like they normally do.

talk about be fit to be committed.

I think your skin has become sensitive -- it's not just psychological.

These threads may help: http://bedbugger.com/forum/tags/skin

Especially perhaps this one: http://bedbugger.com/forum/topic/anyone-have-increased-sensitivity-of-skin

I've always had sensitive skin and allergies, but it seems like since this onslaught of the bbs, my whole psychological sensation has been heightened to a new level.

The tickling, I can understand. The pricking/being bitten sensation - I don't understand. The other one that's puzzling is the sensation of a feather or something like travelling on the skin.

I know the Mayo Clinic has an article about the mental health effect of the bbs on their victims, but do these weird sensations go away after a while? I don't even sleep deeply anymore, just too ticklish at all times, if not, it's prickly.

Even as I'm typing, the tickling is going on on different parts of my body, all at the same time!
