My biggest regret is not getting regulatory agencies officially involved early on. The best advice I can give anyone going through this in a rental property is to document, document, document &#38; get the city to document too. </p> <p>Also so far as hope goes I can officially tell you that there is life after BBs. I visit libraries now, reactivated my netflix, I go whole entire days without crying, I focus on my work &#38; hobbies again.
