Other spots dermatologist had told me weren't bites but were folliculitis he said. When went to dermatologist with other red spots previously on face, he said they were acne. Has anyone had acne that were 3 vertical spots in a row?<br /> On our legs, we get big red allergic reactions, but no reaction on face--has this been others' experiences too? </p>
