I know how you feel. Hang in there though! Everything is and will be okay. We can't stop living life because of these little bugs. We certainly can and should take preventative measures if we DO have them, but it shouldn't stop you from living life. If you are concerned that you do have them, maybe having a professional (PCO) come in to check would be a good idea? If you do have them, they can work with you to treat the issue. Yes it will take some time and hard work, but it can be done. And if you don't have them, then great! Do what you can, and whatever is out of your hands, just relax, breathe, and enjoy the holidays and time with your family

No, its more psychological I think. I found like a few pimples on my inner thighs and my mom said they were just pimples they dont itch or anything...thanks for the link i will take a look at it

I can't rest. I'm beginning to not even be able to enjoy life. I'm so paranoid, especially with christmas coming. family is coming in from different states, i'll be going over other family members houses, people will probably be getting clothes and won't check/wash them. i'm so paranoid i went and bought 2 mattress covers tonight for the two mattresses in my room but now i'm afraid they already had bugs on them. thats how bad its getting. i am just afraid of bringing them over to my friends house, i check my clothes inside and out before leaving the house. i'm afraid of bringing them in my car. i'm afraid to go to a restaurant, the movies, to buy new clothes...
