"Ci" as in cimex, "lect" as in "lectularius", "o" as in "OMG, I can't believe these prep instructions!". I'm not a bed bug professional or PCO. I got over a (luckily small) infestation, am intrigued by the bed bug and inspired by this community. I try to apply my experience in technology, business and "process" to bring relief to people dealing with the "bed bug crisis".
