Student paper The Quindecim reports that although only three units in the Dulaney Valley Apartments were confirmed to have bed bugs, additional apartments are suspected to have them based on students presenting with apparent bed bug bites.
All 94 students living in the complex are being moved to alternate accommodation (66 of them to a Sheraton). Goucher College is located in Towson, Maryland.

More here.
It turns out at least 30 of the students are staying put, on the condition they sign a liability waiver for the college.
I contacted the college and they informed me they were not aware of having any bedbug problem.
They might want to talk to WJZ in Baltimore (who interviewed Kristin Keener of Goucher Media Relations in the video I just linked to), and the Baltimore Sun.
I viewed the news report, unbelievable, I wish them luck.
Oh I forget the story is also on PCT magazine website as well.
