It is certainly a possibility, but it is also likely that seminars were held in the courts because some courtrooms had already been infested. People have been going to housing court due to bed bugs for some time now, and I am sure there's a danger there (let alone from people who have bed bugs but have no idea and are there for other reasons!) Sorry I missed responding to your comment when you left it. It is certainly a possibility, but it is also likely that seminars were held in the courts because some courtrooms had already been infested. People have been going to housing court due to bed bugs for some time now, and I am sure there’s a danger there (let alone from people who have bed bugs but have no idea and are there for other reasons!)

I was thinking, "I wouldn't want to go in that meeting where there's likely to be a whole bunch of sad & scared bedbug sufferers, and possibly they will have some hitchhikers on them!"
