Corinthian Construction Co. in Lodi NJ, also goes by another name, STATE PROPERTIES 2005, LLC, which manages GHETTO APARTMENT BUILDINGS. I live at 125 PROSPECT STREET in East Orange, NJ. WARNING: Do not be fooled when you view these apartments, they are not as nice as you think. Do not move in this place if you value your peace and quiet. It's filled with foreigners, Africans and Caribbeans, with their loud talking, music and other disturbances (loud walking, moving and dropping heavy objects on the floor between the NOISE ORDINANCE hours 10pm and 8am and when you call to complain you get blown off by the office manager. The place is infested with ROACHES AND BEDBUGS. They do not exterminate. The on premises super is a drug addicted alcholic who does nothing unless forced to by property maintenance, and if you call property maintenance he will retaliate by calling management, telling lies to get you fined because he's scared of being fired. This is a closed in complex with one way in and one way out. In the summer there's wall to wall people hanging out, talking loud, acting stupid, acting violent, disturbing your peace and you have to step over these fools to get inside. The building in which they hang out in front of the most is the building with the laundry facility. The buildings all face each other and if you don't keep your blinds down and curtains closed you have noisy neighbors looking in your windows. PLEASE, PLEASE, DON'T RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE.

<a href="http://www.nj.com/hudson/index.ssf/2008/09/jersey_city_landlords_must_pay.html" rel="nofollow">Fulop's proposed ordinance passed in the Jersey City Council last night. This is too bad.</a>

Now units needing more than two treatments will probably not get them.

This shows what can happen when those passing laws do not understand what they're talking about. Any bed bug expert could tell you that just because an infestation requires more than two treatments does not mean the tenants are necessarily at fault.

And no, I don't think landlords are necessarily at fault either. But I don't think landlords or fellow tenants are best served by a system in which tenants have a financial disincentive to reporting their bed bugs.

Bed bugs can be remarkably persistent, neighbors can have no reaction to bites and not know they have bed bugs or are sending them through the walls; it's a complicated problem.

I hope the NJ Assembly is able to pass <a href="http://bedbugger.com/2008/09/17/more-on-new-jersey-general-assembly-bed-bug-legislation-a-3203/" rel="nofollow">their bill.</a>

This law will cause bed bug infestations to explode in Jersey City. Entire buildings and blocks will become uninhabitable.

All that is required to keep a permanent reservoir of bed bugs in a structure is for one resident to be unable or unwilling to eradicate an infestation in their unit.

It is highly predictable that placing the cost of eradicating bed bugs onto the tenants will accelerate bed bug infestation rates in Jersey City and the surrounding communities.

This law is not in the public interest. The net effect of this law will be to spread vermin in the form of human parasites throughout the region.
