My room/my mattress is infested with bed bugs. I’ve been bit on my arms and seen a health care professional, yadda yadda yadda. I reported the problem two days ago to NYU and their facilities office, but nothing happened. Tonight, I spent about two and a half hours going back and forth with them about getting someone to come assess the situation and take care of the problem, and NYU has told me that they won’t even come check it out until Tuesday, and then after that, it could take days.
