Oct 10 my back was covered by bites, Oct. 11th My arms, legs neck, scamp, feet and over the front of my body all were covered in bites. I checked out early to drive back home 3 hrs. to return home to visit my doctor. I called the general manager who returned my call the following day saying there was bed bugs in the bed I was sleeping in. I suffered with these bites until Feb 2009 when my dermatologist finally found something to kill them. After the exterminator has come by three times to spray twice and fog the bedroom he wrote me a letter suggesting I get a new mattress, which I can't afford. I've slept in the guest room since that time. The Drury's insurance company say's they'll only re-imburse me of doctors and medication. My feelings are that I suffered with these bits plus the new ones that continued to appear. These bites itched so badly that itching caused bleeding for months. I live in a small town with no attorneys that would specialaize in this type law suit. Can you give me some suggestions on who I should look for and if I do have a case for the suit?
