HPD expands bed bug seminars

Next week, the NYC Housing and Preservation Department (HPD) appears to be planning a tour de courts.
HPD Educator Norburth Drummond will be performing bed bug seminars at lunchtime in courthouses in all five boroughs according to the NYS Small Claims Court website.
