Hotel Pennsylvania Settles Bedbug Suits for Nearly $100,000 | The New York Observer

The New York Observer reports that the Hotel Pennsylvania has settled its bed bug lawsuit out of court.

Vornado-owned Hotel Pennsylvania has agreed to pay nearly $100,000, court records show, to a group of six tourists who claimed to have been bitten by bedbugs while staying at the old Seventh Avenue lodge.

    WOW here we go! I talked to Aaron Rents furniture company and they said they have a pest control company that treats the furniture and heats the mattresses but wait? why are they being sued for $250,000.00 ?
