Bed bugs up 500% in UK in last 12 months

in bed bugs

According to this BBC article last week.

Supporting but unscientific evidence: our map showing UK readers of since June 2nd of this year (less than 4 months). Note: Ireland is not looking so good either.

Unscientifically-speaking of course, there does appear to be a link between population density and interest in bed bugs.

Also unscientifically, I am assuming a correlation between interest in bed bugs, and the presence of bed bugs or bed bug-like symptoms.

In other words, where there are more people, there appear to be more people itching.
