		<description>Olympia, since you got confused as to where the stencil was etched, I'm assuming that you stenciled in more than one place?  Maybe stencil at port authority bus terminal or right next to the welcome sign in different languages that Bloomberg is implementing to attract tourists to bb nyc!</description>
