I bought a box of 2.5gal bags and also a box of quart bags and I was very disappointed in them. The zippers did not stay shut.

The one ... press and seal lock (which, technically speaking, it is) is rather hazardous. Mine open up occasionally. They really are great to have around and are quite reusable too! Mine are about 2 months old. (Shhh don't tell Helloise.)
But to me this IS big news. They are not in the budget right now, and thankfully, I don't "seam" to need any more right now either. That is the best news.

James, James,
We're still opening some new boxes with the old zipper in our neck of the woods. Perhaps your local stores were quicker to get the new style.

Heh. I just saw them at the store hours ago, not knowing they were a new product. (I never owned the XL ones.) I did buy them, so hopefully they're good!

Slow news indeed, this is old news. The XXL and 2 gallon bags also have the double zipper.
