		<description>A guest at a house--that's nothing.  What would this ethicist say about buidlings (like mine) that knowingly rent apartments to incoming tenants, not telling them the apartments have bedugs?  Or hotels that rent rooms to guests, knowing the rooms have bedbugs, and not telling them?</description>
