		<description>It would be nice if NYC implemented a bed bug program like the one in Vancouver...Especially in Washington Heights, Hudson Heights and Marble hill...and all over Manhattan..bed bug infestation is spreading quickly in NYC...and the PCO only wan&#039;t to come in and treat infestatoins twice.</description>
