		<description>It would be nice if NYC implemented a bed bug program like the one in Vancouver...Especially in Washington Heights, Hudson Heights and Marble hill...and all over Manhattan..bed bug infestation is spreading quickly in NYC...and the PCO only wan't to come in and treat infestatoins twice.</description>
