ancient Bed bug tale, from the Fables of Bidpai

in Fables of Bidpai, bed bugs, bed bugs in history, bedbugs, history

This ancient fable. “Bedbug and Flea,” briefly charmed me. I even felt sorry for its bed bug protagonist.

Then I remembered those suckers are evil and I cheered his demise.

Too bad the flea got away scott-free. He should have got it too.

Death to blood-sucking insects!
