It was the spraying of tons of it on fields that caused the problem. But if only sold in small quantities for inside use, (I doubt farmers would be able to afford purchasing 10,000 2 lb packages for their fields), it could help stop this invasion. Otherwise the bed bug epidemic WILL happen. Hotels and Cruise Lines are already feeling the 'bite' in their income.
